Over the past 2 weeks Kaylee has become 'magical' in her mind. Just the other night, it was almost bedtime and Kaylee had been told to get all of her toys into her toy box because it was time to go to bed. A few minutes later, Randy walking down the hallway (I'm sitting on our bed watching American Idol) and says "Kaylee, have you gotten all of those toys off the floor?" She immediately (with no hesitation or the least bit of a smirk) says "Randy, I thought you knew that I was magical." We couldn't help it....we laughed so hard, but she was so serious!!
A few days later as she and I are pulling up to school, I say "Kaylee, go ahead and get your seat belt off and put your backpack on so you can get out." Once again she immediately says "Mama, you know that I am magical, and my seat belt is already off." I guess in her mind, she thinks that as long as no one is watching her clean her room, take off her seat belt, etc. that she is somehow magical. So funny, but so cute!!
