So we are back from the cruise (we have actually been back for a few days, I have just been too busy to blog). We had a blast!!! We missed the girls something terrible though! This was our 1st time being away from Riley Rose for more than 24 hours so it was VERY hard! We missed Kaylee a lot too, but she is gone a lot to see her dad and grandparents (in Fairhope, AL), and has been doing so for 3 1/2 years, so we are used to that. Randy and I didn't know how to act not having kids to chase, change diapers, stop our day for nap times, etc. I have to say, we did feel a little guilty, but it was soooo worth it! This was our 3rd cruise, and by far our favorite. I think the ship made it our favorite. We went on the Carnival Sensation (out of Port Canaveral, FL) and the ship was just super nice. Very kid-friendly too. We are already planning our next cruise, but this time with the girls. We wanted to cruise on this same ship with them the next time, however the only negative was that we would have to drive the 8 hours to Port Canaveral with 2 children, ugh! I was researching online last night and in November 2009, the Carnival Fantasy will start departing from Mobile, AL. The great news is that this ship has the exact same layout as the Carnival Sensation!!!! Looks like we will be cruising from Mobile, AL to Mexico on our next cruise :-) Shorter drive from home and cheaper rates too!!! Here are a few pictures from our fantastic vacation together

Also, some of you may be wondering about our vehicles (remember, the tree fell on both of them last Tuesday night). Well, we had to rent a car to get to Port Canaveral on Wednesday of last week. Side note- we rented a Chevy Cobalt bc we wanted something cheap, good on gas, etc. Not a good idea! It was the worst ride I have ever taken! We should have thought about that. We had a very hard time going from a Tahoe/full-size Chevy truck to a Chevy Cobalt! Monday morning bright and early I was at Enterprise Rent a Car turning the keys in to that thing! I traded it for a 2009 Chevy Malibu. It's a lot better! Very nice and roomy. We are hoping to get Randy's truck back this afternoon, however my car does not even have a complete estimate yet. Ugh....figures! 10 days later and still no estimate???? Who knows how long this will take????
We are so excited to celebrate Kaylee's 5th birthday tomorrow!!! She is having a swimming party at the Recreation Center!! I will post pictures soon
