Last Surgery

Randy's last surgery on his hand was this morning in Birmingham. He and I spent the night up there last night so we could be there bright and early this morning (7:00 a.m.) and not have to drive so early. By 9:00 he was in surgery and it took a total of 10-15 minutes. All the surgeon did was take the metal out of his hand/bone. We are home now, and besides a little nausea, he is doing fine. Now we just pray that he will be able to use that hand/finger again. The doctor says he will be lucky if he regains 50% of use of it.
Kaylee is in her last week of K4. We celebrate the End-of-the-Year party this Friday at the Rec. Center pool. All the kids with summer birthdays (Kaylee being on of them) are hosting the party. They will each have a cupcake with a candle of their own. We have so much planned for Kaylee this summer that it is going to fly by. She is spending the last week of May with her grandparents in Fairhope, then VBS in June, swimming lessons, Arts and Crafts Camp in June, her 5th BIRTHDAY July 5th, and for sure 1 beach trip but I'm hoping for more :) I cannot believe that she will start Kindergarten in August!!! I know all parents say their babies grow up so fast, but it is sooo true! I was blessed to be able to stay at home with Kaylee until she was 3 years old, so all of those first 3 years seem like yesterday. It honestly seems like yesterday that Kaylee was 2 1/2 years old and we found out that Riley Rose was on the way. Now I have a 5 year old and a 18 month old (which by the way is beginning to look like a little girl and not a baby anymore).
I am trying to upload a video of the girls, however, it has taken 3 hours and still no video.......I'll keep trying.
